Who we help.
At Greater Support, we’re here for older people who want to keep living well in their own homes. Our aged care services are available to people over 65 years old, or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, who are receiving support through the Support at Home program.
Support at Home is a government initiative that gives older Australians more choice and control over the services they receive. Our support is provided on a fee-for-service basis and is designed to help you stay independent and comfortable for as long as possible.
What does support look like for you?
You have the control to customise the support you receive. Decide on the service you want and when and how you receive them. You can also choose which support worker will work alongside you to achieve your goals.
Accessible and affordable care.
We believe quality care should be easily accessible and affordable for everyone. The price of our services has gone through very stringent control to ensure that we provide affordable care that does not compromise our high standard of service delivery.
Your needs are our highest priority, and we are committed to ensuring our prices are reasonable and affordable.
Not Sure If You’re Eligible?
If you’re thinking about aged care and want to know if the Support at Home program is right for you, we’re here to guide you. You can check your eligibility by visiting the My Aged Care website and completing a short online form.
Frequently asked questions.
Support at Home helps older Australians continue living safely and comfortably at home. If you need help with daily tasks, moving around, or staying connected to your community, this program is designed for you.
Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, Support at Home offers flexible funding based on what you need. You can choose the services that make life easier like help with cleaning, daily routines, shopping, or getting to appointments. You also have more say in how your support is arranged so that it fits around your life.
It’s all about your independence, your choices, and your wellbeing.
